First Choice Windows is a locally owned and family-operated window company based in Ocala, Florida. What began with a genuine passion for the window industry has grown into a trusted local company supported by an experienced and dedicated team.
Together, our leadership and team bring more than 60 years of combined industry experience. We are proud of how First Choice Windows has grown, but we remain committed to the personal involvement, honest relationships, and dependable service that helped us build our business.
Meet Harvey and Cierra
We are Harvey and Cierra, the husband-and-wife team behind First Choice Windows. As parents of a large family, we understand the importance of creating a home where your family feels comfortable, secure, and proud.
We both began working in the window industry at an early age and gained firsthand experience long before starting First Choice Windows. We share the same vision: to build a business known for quality work, knowledgeable people, honest service, and customers who feel genuinely cared for.
A Legacy of Passion and Expertise
Harvey’s experience in the window industry began when he was just 16 years old, before he had even graduated from high school. From those early years, he worked hands-on, learned the industry from the ground up, and developed extensive knowledge of windows, measurements, installation, service, and problem-solving.
What began as an early introduction to the trade developed into a lifelong career and a genuine passion for the work. Harvey understands the window industry in a way that can only come from decades of real-world experience, continued learning, and personally handling the challenges that arise in the field.
Today, Harvey remains actively involved at First Choice Windows by measuring lanai and sunroom enclosures, reviewing and ordering jobs, performing service work, and, of course, helping ensure that projects are handled properly. His knowledge and lifelong dedication to the window industry are an important part of the foundation of First Choice Windows.
Cierra’s Leadership and Vision
Cierra began working in the window industry at 20 years old, installing windows alongside Harvey. Over the years, she developed extensive knowledge of window installation while gaining firsthand experience with the many details required to take a customer’s project from the initial consultation through completion.
Today, Cierra oversees the daily operations of First Choice Windows and works closely with the office, sales, and installation teams. She is actively involved in every major company decision, project scheduling, business development, and the continued growth of First Choice Windows.
Cierra’s strengths in leadership, organization, communication, and business management complement Harvey’s decades of hands-on field experience. Together, they bring different but equally important perspectives to the company, allowing First Choice Windows to combine strong operational leadership with extensive technical knowledge of the window industry.
Building First Choice Windows
When Harvey and Cierra decided to start their own window company, they believed their experience, knowledge, and determination gave them the foundation to build something special. They wanted to create a company that reflected their own values—quality workmanship, honest service, personal responsibility, and genuine care for every customer.
Building First Choice Windows into the company it is today did not happen overnight. It took a great deal of hard work, long days and nights, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. Harvey and Cierra have remained personally involved while building an experienced team and earning the trust of homeowners throughout Central Florida.
They are proud of everything First Choice Windows has accomplished, but they have never stopped looking toward the future. Harvey and Cierra, together with their amazing office staff, installers, and sales team, continue to work hard every day to improve the company, serve their customers, and create new opportunities for continued growth.
